Roma's Italian player Nyingulan arrived in Milan on Sunday evening in preparation for a medical examination before officially signing contracts for his move to Inter.
The Italian daily Corriere dello Sport reported that Ningolan arrived in Milan on Sunday evening amid a busy reception by the Nerazzurri fans.
"Happy for this new adventure," he said in a quick address to the media.
The newspaper said that Naingolan arrived at the hotel first, and then decided to go out to welcome the fans of his new team in a video posted on social networking sites.
Naingolan returns to play with Inter coach Luciano Spalletti again after being together in Rome at the best of the Belgian star.
Naingolan is absent from the World Cup in Russia after being ruled out by coach Roberto Martinez of Belgium.
